- Credential Requirements: COVID Vaccination Record, ME Medical License, Board Eligible, Flu Vaccination, DEA License
Scheduling & Logistics
- PT/FT: Full Time
- Order Type: Permanent
- Shift: Shift & Schedule: 3 days/week or FT w/ call 1:8 rotation (1 full week every 8 weeks)
- Hours per Week: 40
